Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Other locations: 3–6 business days

Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

• restrict COD for certain orders or pin codes
• charge a nominal COD handling fee if applicable
